The ownership group hired Mairet Hotels in December 2018 to assist in converting this hotel from a former Hyatt Place to be a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. Mairet Hotels will assist in the conversion to become a Hilton brand and continue to manage the hotel thereafter.
