Doubletree by Hilton Hotels and Suites Victoria

Victoria, BC

Opened in 1965, the Executive House Hotel had a successful run serving guests in Victoria’s downtown core for decades. In 2012, the ownership group hired Mairet Hotels to help align the hotel with the demands of today’s market. Mairet undertook strategic planning to increase revenue, which included converting the independent hotel into a DoubleTree by Hilton branded hotel.

After 1.5 years of closure for renovations, design improvements, and sales and marketing initiatives, the hotel re-opened in August 2015 and has continued to exceed expectations. Today, Mairet manages all day-to-day operations.

Hotel Rialto

Victoria, BC

Perfectly situated in downtown Victoria, Hotel Rialto is a boutique hotel featuring an in-house restaurant and an adjoining liquor store. When Mairet Hotels was hired in October 2018, the hotel was a legacy property in need of a refresh and a brand-new operations strategy. Mairet engaged in strategic planning, rebranded the hotel as a boutique property, oversaw renovations and improvements, and handled recruitment, revenue management, and sales and marketing. Mairet continues to manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

The Brunswick Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Moose Jaw, SK

The Brunswick Hotel, part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, will be coming soon to downtown Moose Jaw. Mairet Hotels was hired in 2021 to oversee the development of a business plan, branding in partnership with Hilton, and strategic planning. In collaboration with the local owners, Mairet designed the hotel to meet the community’s need for a family friendly space for social gatherings and a versatile place for guests to enjoy. Once the Brunswick is opened, Mairet will manage all day-to-day operations.

SoLo Suites

Langford, BC

Built in 2018, SoLo Suites is an all-suites hotel featuring a unique check-in experience, giving guests the ability to book, pay, and receive their room access online, without the need for a check-in desk. The ownership group hired Mairet Hotels in September 2019 to assist with strategic planning and management. Maintaining the original vision of the hotel, Mairet adjusted operations to achieve increased efficiencies. Today, Mairet manages all day-to-day operations.

Solus Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Richmond, BC

Solus Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton Hotels, will soon grace the vibrant city of Richmond, BC. In 2021, Mairet Hotels was hired to oversee and guide the hotel’s development by performing competitive analysis, managing hotel-related third-party contractors, and leading branding efforts. Once the hotel is completed, Mairet Hotels will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations. 

Hampton Inn Victoria Downtown

Victoria, BC

The Hampton Inn by Hilton is planned for downtown Victoria’s Old Town neighbourhood. Mairet Hotels has been instrumental in this project’s development by spearheading the branding, innovative modular design, financing, and consultations with the city and other stakeholders. The Hampton Inn will revitalize what is currently a vacant lot and provide much needed accommodations for visitors to Victoria. Once approval is granted, Mairet Hotels will oversee the hotel’s development and handle day-to-day operations upon completion.

Mairet Rentals

Victoria, BC

Mairet Rentals is a short-term vacation rental management company based in Victoria. We manage 10 units, handling all day-to-day operations on behalf of the owners. Our services include daily housekeeping, maintenance and upkeep, sales/revenue management, and accounting. We offer strata coordination on behalf of our owners and 24/7 customer support.

MY STAY. MY CAR.™

MY STAY. MY CAR.™ is a hotel car share program created and trademarked by Mairet Hotels. This program is powered by share economy pioneer TURO and allows guests to rent an energy-efficient car with their room for minimal cost and complimentary parking. This program was launched in October 2017 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Victoria for the ultimate convenient and affordable way to explore the city.

Quality Inn & Suites

Rimbey, AB

The Quality Inn & Suites in Rimbey, Alberta, offers a budget-friendly stay, great service, and complimentary amenities to guests traveling through the province. The ownership group hired Mairet Hotels in 2020 to assist with sales planning and the delivery of accounts. We made adjustments to their operations and identified efficiencies, improving revenue and ensuring a stronger position going forward.
